Q: I wanted to see who and what you use for a phone system. Efax, evoice, ect.? I am setting up for a Virtual Assistant to add on to my services. Also who do you use for a contact manager? I am currently using cem pro. I don’t know if that is effective. Do you have a separate auto-responder?

In terms of a contact manager, I use ACT! It’s an older version (2003 or so), but it does what I need it to do. Since most of my business is conducted online, I’m primarily emailing people. My email list manager is aWeber, which is found under item #8 on my resources list.
