Spring Cleaning in June

Getting rid of things that aren’t working for
me seems to be my theme this month. I’m emptying my email inbox of all
the junk that I’ve let accumulate there.  I’m changing email newsletter
list providers to retain only those readers who are interested in what my
current business and not what I used to do. I’m taking a long, hard look at how
I’m spending my time to see what would best be delegated to an assistant. 
I’m seriously examining my marketing budget to see that I’m getting the best
bang for my buck when I pay for marketing strategies.

It’s June, so it’s a little late in the year for a
traditional spring cleaning, but I’m pushing forward to complete it regardless
;->.  I think you need to conduct an annual spring cleaning in your
business and move out all the stuff that you hate and that holds you back and
permit yourself the luxury of creating a new system that works better for you.

After all, why make yourself the "boss from hell" when
you’re wearing the boss’ hat?
