Q: One of my coaching clients has been using FreeConferenceCall.com for her boot camp teleseminars but lately they’ve been a bit unreliable (problems recording and poor sound quality).
I was wondering if you know of another paid conference call service that we might try. She said ideally it would have a Web option so that students can access the call using their computers – especially now that we’re branching overseas. She doesn’t want it to be too expensive.
I’ve been on some Webex webinars but I’ve always had to dial in in order to participate.

The one that many people are using now is Instant Teleseminars. There is the option to dial into a conference call number, but the participants can also listen online without dialing anything — just going to the right page online. This service also creates registration pages that you can embed into pages on your site. Here’s the inside info without have to go through their squeeze page:
They’re offering a 21-day trial for $1, which converts to $47/month.
I’ve had some problems getting into calls hosted here, but the hosts of the calls reported that Instant Teleseminar company was very responsive to the problems and dealt with them immediately. As a participant, the call quality is excellent, although the streamed version online is a number of seconds behind the "live" version on the teleconference line.
