We'll ask you to send us your bio and headshot to include in your chapter.

SEND TO EDITOR WHEN YOU APPROVE THE CHAPTER

Once you have approved your chapter, we will send to the editor for publication.

send you 10 copies of book and pdf

When the book is printed, we will send you 10 copies of the book, a PDF of the book, and info on how to order additional copies.
